Our Pro Collection is built to the most rigorous standards of
the commercial kitchen. Each blade is crafted from 3-layer laminate steel.
ZDP-189 is the center/edge material, and theoutside layers are
satin-finished 420 stainlesssteel. The exceptional hardness of the
ZDP-189 edge is supported by the softer 420 SS, creating a blade
that is superb in terms of sharpness and flexibility. The handles are built from a hi-strength acrylic
polymer, secured with six stainless pins. Each knife features our engraved logo, a unique
serial number, and a certificate of authenticity. |
